Your trapeze skills will return faster than you gained them in the first place. The worst part is knowing how to do the tricks, but being unable because the muscles are gone. Just give it a few months. Before you know it, you'll be back up there like a champ. Just keep at it! Then you'll be super mom 'cuz you had a baby AND you are an amazing aerialist.
