My aunt Sandy organized a “surprise” baby shower for me out in Pottstown. I knew about it but knew none of the details. Jon and I arrived at my parent’s house at noon on Saturday. I was blindfolded and put in the car and told not to ask any questions….I believe this was some sort of revenge for the way in which we told my parents I was pregnant (video to come soon of that, I promise). Needless to say, the ride from Wayne to Pottstown (about 45 minutes) was almost unbearable being blindfolded. I stuck it out though and lasted the whole way without being able to see. My mom led me into the restaurant and apparently it was the most hilarious spectacle. I wish I could have been an outsider looking in instead of being the idiot who was blindfolded!
